I stayed at the hotel on the 3rd floor and found the rooms to be clean but lacking soundproofing. The service staff, from room service to the airport shuttle, were all polite and courteous. The location is very convenient, being very close to the mall. The dining experience, particularly over breakfast, was fair, though the food was cold. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money.
